Why this exists.

Divorce settlements stall on the house more often than any other asset. We built a way to unstick that specific problem.

The problem we saw

Family law attorneys and mediators kept running into the same wall: a settlement that made sense on paper, blocked by a house neither party could sell, refinance, or agree on. Courts have calendars. Marriages don't wait for the housing market. We built Equitable Home Remedy to give that specific moment a direct, dependable option.

How we operate
